Welcome to Eviid Assure ("we," "our," or "us"), a digital evidential wrapping service designed to make digital documents trustable, verifiable, and un-fakeable. By accessing or using our service at https://assure.eviid.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By uploading files to Eviid Assure, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our digital evidential wrapping service. We do not claim any ownership over your content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

We do not retain your content beyond the time required to evidentially wrap that content.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and use the content in accordance with these Terms and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Data Protection and Security

We take the protection of your data seriously and implement reasonable measures to safeguard your information. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not contain sensitive personal information unless necessary.

8. Fees and Payment

Eviid Assure may offer both free and paid services. If you choose a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified on our Site. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and introduce new charges with prior notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Eviid Assure, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
